Welcome to the Baby Delight family! With every new order we ship, we feel so excited for your new Baby Delight products to bring you and your little one safety and convenience. We understand anticipating good mail, so please reach out with any questions regarding your order to email@example.com.
For orders inside the continental U.S
Orders $25 & under = $4.99 flat rate
Orders of $25.01 to $74.99 = $9.99 flat rate
Orders over $75 = FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Domestic Orders: Shipments to all continental states will be made primarily via FedEx. USPS for smaller products (sheets + mattress pads). Shipment arrival is approx. 7-10 business days depending on location. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays. This timeline does not include weekends.
*Please note that orders typically take 48 business hours for processing before shipping. When we have an influx of orders due to sales, launches, promotions, holidays, etc., it will take longer to ship everything out. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to accept a return of your purchase from babydelight.com on unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of your arrival date.
Please be aware you are responsible for the return shipping back to Baby Delight. Please send the item back to us via a trackable insured service such as UPS or FedEx as we are not responsible for shipping issues, lost or damaged products, or costs of returns.
If we receive the product back and it has been used, we are not able to accept it and that would void the return.
We do not accept returns from retailers, only items purchased on our site at babydelight.com

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item on our website that is not yet available to ship. By placing a pre-order, your purchase will be the first to ship once the product has arrived at our warehouse. Tentative ship date will be provided in the product description of each pre-order item. Shipment arrival dates can change due to unforeseeable domestic and international shipping delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it ships.
CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order before the order is fulfilled and shipped out. You can email us at email@example.com for assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN IN-STOCK ITEM AND A PRE-ORDER ITEM TOGETHER?
If you order one or more items with your pre-ordered item, we wait until all products are available before shipping. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
IF I PLACE A PRE-ORDER, WILL MY CREDIT CARD / METHOD OF PAYMENT PROCESS IMMEDIATELY?
Yes, credit cards are charged at the time your order is placed.
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED ANY EMAILS CONFIRMING MY ORDER OR SHIPPING YET?
Check your spam box. You should receive one from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, we are here to help at email@example.com.
